All NAKEDELEMENT pieces are made to order as part of our first release.

Pre-orders are open for a limited time. Once the pre-order window closes, production will begin immediately.

Production time is approximately 28–30 days.

After production is complete, orders will be shipped from Australia.

Estimated delivery time:
• Australia: 2–5 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Total estimated timeframe:
4–6 weeks from the end of the pre-order period.

All customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.

RETURNS

All NAKEDELEMENT pieces are part of a limited pre-order release.

As each item is made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general returns.

Please ensure you review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
