Refund Policy

At NAKEDELEMENT, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to normal wear or improper care

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item received

If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
