Shipping Policy

At NAKEDELEMENT, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, please note:

  • Processing times will be longer than standard orders
  • Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page
  • Delays may occur due to production or shipping factors outside our control

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5–7 business days

International

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels
  • Additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered, NAKEDELEMENT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.


Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Courier delays
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • High demand periods (e.g. product drops)

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
